Underwriting Rules and Validation: Build your expertise and underwriting rules into the quoting and application process. Link the Electronic application responses directly to the coverages on the quote. Applications come to you pre-underwritten.  This module also provides additional underwriting rules to mid-term changes and renewals.

Workflow & Work Queue: Define your company’s point of sale to issue workflow that will automatically route an application to a specific underwriter or group when it is submitted.  User definable parameters allow you to automate the process according to your line of business needs. Work is automatically assigned and is managed by work queues.

Imaging Interface: Automatically integrate the electronic application, dec pages, and more with your 3rd party imaging solution.

Electronic Lien Holder Interface: Create an automatic feed to third party services that notify mortgagees electronically of coverage. This feature reduces per policy costs by removing the need to print dec pages. (Saves you money on dec page production, mailing costs, labor and more.)

Farm Inventory Add-in (Farm Lines): Allow Agents to track and update company-defined farm inventory forms on-line. Agents can print blank forms, completed forms and submit updated information direct to the carrier.

Add credit scoring, CLUE, MVR, VIN look-ups to your software. This allows you to request reports from within AIS and have the results saved and linked to the premium calculation.

Document Manager: Enhance your existing photo capturing capabilities by adding emails, electronic documents, files in any format to the policy holders file.
