Amanda Roy, Customer Account Manager
Amanda Roy is a Customer Service Manager with Garvin-Allen Solutions. Amanda is responsible for liaising with customers and providing solutions to their insurance software needs. With over eight years of insurance industry experience and 15 years in customer service and management, Amanda is an invaluable resource to Garvin-Allen's clients.
Prior to joining Garvin-Allen, Amanda held senior customer service leadership roles with insurance companies State Farm Insurance, London Life, American Income Life Insurance and McFarlan Rowlands Groups Insurance Inc.
Amanda has her LLQP – Life, Accident & Health Insurance Licence as well as her General Insurance License (Property and Casualty insurance).
Gerald (Jerry) Isenor, Customer Account Manager
As a Customer Service Manager, Jerry brings close to 10 years of IT and business solutions experience to Garvin-Allen. His experience in product management has added a new dimension to customer service that has greatly benefitted clients.
Before joining Garvin-Allen, Jerry honed his skills at several IT companies in the fields of marketing, business and quality assurance.
Jerry has an Advanced Certification in Business Analysis from McMaster University and an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Technology from Catonsville College in Baltimore, MD. He also has special certifications in: Nortel Net knowledge, Network+, and A+.
Crystal Way, Customer Account Manager
Crystal Way recently joined the team at Garvin-Allen as a Customer Account Manager and brings with her many years of insurance industry experience. Her success at forging relationships with customers and finding the best possible solutions have made her an asset everywhere she has worked.
Before joining the Garvin-Allen team, Crystal worked with Allstate Insurance Company, Cooperators Insurance and Zive Insurance.
Crystal is a graduate of the Academy of Learning and is currently working on her Chartered Insurance Professional Program with the Insurance Institute of Canada.
Michael G. Jackson, Customer Account Manager
As a Customer Service Manager, Michael brings a strong background and knowledge in the Agri and Farm Insurance business. Michael not only has a strong sense of client service and troubleshooting but his work as an insurance product configuration specialist is invaluable to clients.
Before joining Garvin-Allen, Michael honed his skills working with organizations such as Trakonic Inc. and STD Electronics.
Michael is a graduate of the Nova Scotia Community College and has a System & Design Analyst Diploma from the Atlantic Computer Institute.
